He recently died.
Built at the south of the main building of the zamindar house, the Mahafaz Khana was built in the early eighteenth century according to Mughal architecture.Currentlt it is doomed.All the documents of the zamindars were stored in this building.On the same side, the treasury was built in the same architectural style, and the treasury was turned into a ruin and now public access is denied>
বিস্তৃত আয়তনে বাড়িটি নির্মিত হয়েছিল।এতে যেসকল ইমারত রয়েছে তার মধ্যে বসতভিটা,দরবার কক্ষ,মোহাফেজখানা,খাজাঞ্চি, মোহাফেজখানার পেছনে পুকুর,দরবার কক্ষের সম্মুখে সুবিশাল আঙ্গিনা যেন তা সবুজ কাপের্টে মুড়ানো।রয়েছে সারি সারি নারিকেল গাছের সমারোহ।আরো রয়েছে প্রকান্ড একখানা আম গাছ যা কালের সাক্ষী হয়ে দাড়িঁয়ে আছে সবুজ কার্পেটে।
জমিদার বাড়ির সম্মুখে রয়েছে শান বাধাঁনো সুবিশাল পুকুর।পুকুরের চারপাশ বেশ মনোরম।জমিদার বাড়ি হতে এক-দেড় কিলো পূর্বে উত্তর লাখুহাটি(ফিসারি রোড)এলাকায় রয়েছে মানব বাবুর বিস্তৃত মাছের প্রজেক্ট।এ যেন সাগরের সাথে আকাশের এক অপূর্ব মিশেল।ভ্রমন পিপাষুদের জন্য বেশ মনোরম একটা পরিবেশ বলা চলে।
যাতায়াত ব্যবস্থা: কিশোরগঞ্জ সদর থানার বটতলা মোড়(পুরাতন জেলখানা) হতে সিনজি বা অটোগাড়ি যোগে গোবিন্দপুর ইউনিয়নের গাঙ্গাটিয়া নামক স্থানে ইহার অবস্থান।ভাড়াবাবদ আপনার ২৫টাকা/জনপ্রতি খরচ হবে।
অবাসিক ব্যবস্থা: উল্লেখিত স্থানে আবাসনের তেমন কোন ব্যবস্থা নেই। তবে কিশোরগঞ্জ সদর পৌরসভায় গাংচিল, উজানভাটি, নিরালা, ক্যাসেল সালাম নামে চাইনিজ ও আবাসিক হোটেল এর ব্যবস্থা রয়েছ। অবস্থানঃ গৌরাঙ্গবাজার, কিশোরগঞ্জ।
